LACQUER: My polishes are all hand made and hand mixed custom nail lacquers that are made with TLC. My World Sparkles Lacquers is 5-Free, which means No Camphor, Dibutyl Phthalate(DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Formaldehyde Resin. I will describe all of my custom nail polish creations in as much detail as possible and provide clear, untouched photos for true representation. Some photos may be from third party Swatchers or Bloggers of which I have no control over their lighting. However different lighting may be used to enhance or bring out the special effects of the lacquers and if you have any questions lease feel free to contact me.
MAKEUP: All Makeup products are brand new and unused.. If a container was opened it was strictly for the photographer to get an actual representation of the color or item and great sanitary care was taken during the opening and closing of the container. Original outer packaging is not always available but the item will be carefully packed and sent to you with great care.
JEWELRY: Among the jewelry pieces being offered here for sale there are Custom Jewelry pieces designed by myself and other artists, Brand Name pieces, Estate items, and various One of a Kind designs. When known the designers will be acknowledged and labeled, however if unknown to myself please pardon the lack of acknowledgement to the artist as it is in no way meant as an intentional snub.
All ear wires and clasps are nickel free Silver Plate or base metal unless noted. Most ear wires can be easily changed. If you require Sterling Silver earring wires or findings please contact me prior to placing your order so I may make the appropriate changes to the piece. Please note that Sterling Silver or Gold findings will require an additional charge for the labor and cost of the material. All known metals and components will be listed in the item description to the best of my knowledge.
PAYMENT: I currently accept major credit cards and PayPal for all merchandise purchases. When making a credit card or PayPal payment transaction, you will be checking out through a secure ecomerce credit card processing company and should not be redirected off site. All payment funds must be verified prior to the shipment of your order. I will need to charge sales tax accordingly per local tax rates within Colorado purchasers/shipping destinations. Taxes will not be charged to out of state transactions.
Processing: I ship orders Monday-Friday with a 2-3 business day processing time. In rare cases, I may need more time to fill your order. I will notify you via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order & receive a full refund if the processing time is not to your standards.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of the product, and for the safety of my customers, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me so we may come together and work something out. I do carefully package my products for shipping, but I am not responsible for any loss or damage occurred during transit. Lost shipments cannot be replaced unless you opt for Signature Confirmation during checkout. If the package was signed for at your correct address, it cannot be replaced. If you do receive damaged product, please email info@myworldsparkles.com with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. This time frame is important, so that I can remedy the issue and replace your product.
SHIPPING: All items will be securely packaged and mailed using USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. However if the First Class shipping cost exceeds the Priority Mail rate the package will be sent using Priority Mail by default. If you require insurance there will be an additional charge for the cost of insurance. If you are receiving free shipping due to a promotion, and you would like your package insured please send a note with the order and you will be billed for the added insurance at your expense. If for some reason you do not see the insurance option or you wish to insure your package for a higher amount than listed please contact me before finalizing your check out procedure.
The shipping method and cost charged by My World Sparkles has been calculated based on the estimated shipping service provider indicated when purchasing an item PLUS REASONABLE PACKAGING COSTS including, but not limited to: boxes, bags, paper, tape, labels and ink. Should there ever be a gross over-charge of shipping fees that have automatically been charged through the ship calculator for multiple items, My World Sparkles will gladly estimate the true charges and costs and credit back your method of payment. Each purchase shall be securely packed and shipped within a reasonable time frame (usually 2-3 business days) depending on sales backlog, upon receiving payment confirmation and will be sent via the traceable shipping method noted with delivery confirmation.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. REPLACEMENTS WILL BE HANDLED AT THE DISCRETION OF MY WORLD SPARKLES.
Return Policy
Due to the customizable nature of my products, and for the safety of my customers, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. I carefully package the products for shipping, but I am not responsible for damage occurred during transit. If you do receive damaged product, please email info@myworldsparkles.com with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. This time frame is important to me, so that I can remedy the issue and replace your product free of charge.
LACQUERS: Product Replacements due to defect or other production problem shall be honored for a MAXIMUM period of 7 days of buyer receiving the item, PROVIDING buyer verifies the defect with a digital photo within 24 hours of receipt. Item Return shall be required in most circumstances. NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE HONORED AFTER 7 DAYS. Damaged Items shall be replaced at no cost ONLY within 24 hours of receipt (confirmed postal delivery to buyer) providing: Buyer inspects the item and verifies damage by digital photo and emails a description of the damage along with photo attachment within 24 hours of receiving the item to: info@myworldsparkles.com
After approved return item(s) to My World Sparkles for replacement to the return address listed on the shipping label of your order's package. For additional information, please email: info@myworldsparkles.com Thank you.
MAKEUP: All makeup products are sold as brand new and because they are used on the body returns and/or exchanges will not be permitted. This is for sanitary reasons and should you feel that you need to ask for an exception they please email me with your details and any photos you may have. Your claim will be evaluated and considered but you are not guaranteed that you will be issued a refund. Thank you.
JEWELRY: Before I send out each piece they are thoroughly examined and inspected. I am not liable for any damage due to normal wear or misuse. If you request repair work know that there will be additional labor charges as well as shipping charges to be paid to me before the item will be completed and returned. If an error was made durring your order and you contact me immediately I may be able to reverse the charges but there will be a 5% fee withheld from the refund, if approved, due to the fact that the payment processor still charges me for the original transaction fees and will not reverse those charges.
